This User Agreement and Terms of Use ('Terms') govern your access to and use of Deepfriend's services, including our mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the 'Service'). Deepfriend provides an all‑in‑one emotional wellbeing solution that includes Blue AI, Mindfulness, and the Library. Our Service is designed to offer accessible mental‑health support and does not include any form of therapy or other medical services. - AI Limitations: While our AI assistant, Blue AI, is designed to provide support, it has limitations and may not always provide accurate or appropriate answers. Users should exercise judgment when interpreting AI‑generated content.
- No Warranty: The Service is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE'. Deepfriend expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
